What's News
Wind Ensemble Breezes Through Japan
Students in the UW's Wind Ensemble describe their ten-day
tour of Japan as a life-changing experience.
Dr. Suess, with a Guatemalan Touch
UW students in a 200-level Spanish class have written books, in
Spanish, for the children of Panajachel, Guatemala.
Clowes' Vision Honored with a Fund and Award
Although Jim Clowes' life was cut short, his work and his spirit
will live on through two new funds created in his honor.
The Best Graduation Gift? An A&S Dean's Medal
Four graduating seniors--one from each of the College's four
divisions--have been named A&S Dean's Medalists for their outstanding
accomplishments.
Students, Clients, and Dozens of Rugs
Through a new course, School of Art students designed rugs for
clients and had them woven in Nepal.
